High Desert Images ships almost all orders within 24 hours. Orders received after 3 P.M.
Mountain Time will be shipped the next business day.

We do ship overnight and second day air. We recommend that customers call (505) 231-0047
when placing orders with expedited shipping to ensure that we meet your needs to best of our
ability. Our shipping charges are what we pay for shipping your order. We feel that shipping
charges are a necessary cost, but one that is not to be used for profit.
All orders are shipped via UPS unless requested otherwise by phone by the customer at (505)
231-0047. UPS starts counting the day after they pick up your order. They do not deliver on
Saturdays unless you specifically request a Saturday delivery and pay the up-charge. For 2-Day
and 3-Day packages, the day you order does not count toward the delivery date - keep this in
mind if you are in a hurry.
High Desert Images is located in Santa Fe, New Mexico. The following UPS Time-In-Transit Map
shows estimated delivery times within the United States.
Return Policy
At High Desert Images, your satisfaction is our first concern. To ensure that you will be
completely satisfied with any purchase you make from us, we make it possible to return
merchandise. If for any reason, you find that the merchandise you've ordered from High Desert
Images does not meet your expectations, we will issue a full refund of the cost of the product and
shipping to your credit card. For returns after 90 days from the date of purchase, we will offer
you an in-store credit for the total cost of the product only. We never impose a restocking fee for
returned merchandise.
If you received a damaged item or are unhappy with the product you received, we will issue a
UPS Call Tag and pay to have the product picked up. If you ordered the wrong product or simply
no longer need an item, ship that item(s) back to High Desert Images at your cost. To do so,
please securely box any items (preferably in the original packaging) and ship via the method of
your choice. When the product arrives in good condition at High Desert Images, your credit card
will be refunded for the proper amount within 48 hours. If you choose, we can issue a check within
5 business days.
